现代服务管理学院(简称管理学院)是在中国高等教育改革发展的宏观背景下,依托新经济、新技术、新理念,创建的一个高起点、高定位的新型应用产业型二级学院。学院本着“科技融入管理,管理提高效率”原则,对标“移智大物云”,面向成渝双城经济区和天府新区经济建设,成为四川省数字经济领域复合应用型数智化商科人才培养基地。

学院已形成“一干四支多点”专业发展布局,以管理学学科为重点、多学科交叉融合,开设有大数据管理与应用、市场营销、物流管理、旅游管理、农村区域发展和人力资源管理6个本科专业;旅游管理、市场营销和连锁经营管理3个专科专业。

在专业建设上,注重学科间的交叉融合,围绕新兴高端服务业的产业需求和职业胜任力素养要求,整合教学资源,调整专业结构,优化专业目标,实现产业与专业对接,促进专业建设与产业发展互动。目前已建设成智慧物流、休闲旅游管理、现代农庄经营、人力服务外包等四个校级特色专业。

在人才培养上,以就业为导向,引入高端行业资源,创新人才培养新模式,走“校企合作、工学结合”之路,建立产学研用“共建共育、协同育人”新机制,通过协同育人班、创新定制班、英才培育班等多种形式培养应用型人才。目前,学院与马士基集团、京东集团、四川长虹、苏宁集团、全家、力展物流、九寨天堂洲际饭店、成都人瑞集团、四川徐氏文旅集团、绵阳九洲集团等几十家企业签署了校企合作协议,建立了稳定的实践实习基地,就业质量有保障。学生就业率超过97%,受到学生、家长、用人单位的好评。

在师资队伍上,学院师资力量完备,结构合理,教学科研实力雄厚,现有专任教师38名,其中博士8名,硕士28名,均毕业于国内985、211大学以及海外知名大学。其中教授1名,副教授5名,“双师双能”师资占比30.6%。企业高管5名,拥有丰富的行业实战经验。拥有1名四川省教学名师、2名四川省物流专家库专家、2名绵阳市现代服务业项目评审专家、3名绵阳市电子商务项目评审专家、2名绵阳市决策委员会专家。同时,还聘请了一大批业务高水平、级别高层次的行业大师与管理专家作为实训导师。

在教学资源上,学院拥有1个省级现代企业管理实验教学中心,1个省级技术技能大师工作室,3个应用型研究中心,多家校级自营企业和校级技能工作坊。其中,现代管理实验教学中心建立了多个专业实训室,包括电子商务实训室、条码与物流实训室、企业沙盘模拟实训室、人力资源虚拟仿真实验室、酒店管理实训室、导游实训室等,引进仿真或业界应用软件,为学生提供优良的校内实践环境;成立了现代流通经济研究中心(绵阳市社科联研究基地)、农产品品牌研究中心、现代服务管理人才测评中心等机构,为产教融合、学生实践、成果转化、人才培训等提供良好的社会服务基础。

学院在高质量完成教学科研任务的同时,积极服务地方经济和社会发展。先后与四川省商务厅、四川省物流办、绵阳市商务局、绵阳市人社局、绵阳市发改局、广元市昭化区、什邡市商务局、长虹电器集团等建立合作关系,开展项目评审、项目规划、专题培训、管理咨询等工作。

学院将秉承“崇文尚武、敏思践行”校训,“智圆行方、管乾理坤”的院训,坚持高规格、高起点、高标准和高质量的办学理念,创新人才培养模式,优化人才培养目标,培养精通商业理论、通晓前沿技术、具备数据思维、洞悉数字运营规则,解决管理问题的数智化复合应用型人才。

Under the background of reform and development of China's higher education, and relying on the present new economy and new ideas, School of Modern Service Management (hereinafter referred to as School of Management) is a new type of applied industry secondary institute with high starting point. Based on the principle of "integrating science and technology into management and improving management efficiency", benchmarking with the era of cloud computing, big data, the internet of things, mobile web and artificial intelligence, and oriented to the development of Chengdu-Chongqing Twin Cities Economic Circle and Chengdu Tianfu New Area, our school has become a compound applied business talent training base in the field of digital economy in Sichuan Province.

The school has formed a discipline development strategy of "one cadre, four branches and multiple points". Focused on management discipline and integrating multiple subjects, it has six undergraduate majors, including big data management and application, marketing, logistics management, tourism management, rural regional development and human resource management; and three three-year majors including tourism management, marketing and chain operation management.

We attach great importance to interdisciplinary integration. In accordance with the requirements of high-end service industries and occupational competency, we integrate teaching resources, optimize the discipline structure and objectives, promoting better interactions between industries and discipline. Up to now, the school has finished four college-level feature specialty construction, including intelligent logistics, leisure tourism management, modern farm management and human service outsourcing.

In the aspect of talent training, employment oriented, the school has introduced high-end industry resources and continue to innovate the talent training mode. Taking the strategy of  "school-enterprise cooperation and combination of work and learning", the school cultivates applied talents through collaborative education class, innovation customized class and talent training class, etc. At present, the school has signed cooperation agreements with dozens of enterprises, such as Maersky Group, Jingdong Group, Sichuan Changhong Group, Suning Group, FamilyMart, Lizhan Logistics, Jiuzhai Paradise Intercontinental Hotel, Chengdu Renrui Group, Sichuan Xu Culture Tourism Group and Mianyang Jiuzhou Group, and established a stable practice base. The employment rate of students is over 97%, which is highly praised by students, parents and employers.

The school has a group of well-experienced faculty and strong scientific research strength. In detail, it has 38 full-time teachers, including 8 doctors and 28 masters. All of them graduated from 985 and 211 universities in China and well-known overseas universities. Among them, there is one professor and five associate professors, accounting for 30.6% of the total. It has one Famous Teacher of Sichuan Province, two experts of Sichuan logistics expert database, two Mianyang modern service industry project review experts, three Mianyang e-commerce project review experts and two experts of Mianyang Decision Committee. In addition, quite a few of high-level professional and industry masters and management experts have been employed as the training instructors.

The school is equipped with one provincial modern enterprise management experimental teaching center, one provincial technical skills master studio, three application-based research centers, multiple college-level self-supporting enterprises and college-level skills workshops. Among them, the modern management experiment teaching center has established professional training rooms, including e-commerce training room, barcode and logistics training room, enterprise sand table simulation training room, human resources virtual simulation laboratory, hotel management training room, guide training room, etc., and provide the students with simulation or industry application. Institutions like the research center of Modern Circulation Economy (Mianyang Federation of Social Sciences Research Base), Agricultural Product Brand Research Cnter, Modern Service Management Talent Evaluation Center provide a good basis for integration of production and education, student practice, achievement transformation and talent training.

While completing the teaching and research tasks, the school actively serves the local economic and social development. It has formed partnerships with Sichuan Provincial Department of Commerce, Sichuan Provincial Logistics Office, Mianyang Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Mianyang Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, Mianyang Development and Reform Bureau, Guangyuan Zhaohua District, Shifang Municipal Bureau of Commerce, Changhong Electric Group, etc., carring out project review, project planning, special training, management consultation, etc.

The school will adhere to the mottos of "Advocating culture and martial arts, being sensitive to thinking and practicing" and "Being intelligent and practical, managing talents and managing talents", keep to the educational philosophy of high standard and high quality, innovate the talent training mode, optimize the talent training objectives, and bring up inter-disciplinary talents who are proficient in business theories, advanced technology, data thinking and digital operation.
